Job summary

milk + honey is seeking a Lead Advanced Aesthetician to act as a clinical expert and leader within our Advanced Aesthetics Program. This role delivers advanced treatments and exceptional patient care while helping strengthen the performance and growth of Advanced Aesthetics within their market.

Qualifications

• Active esthetician license and TDLR laser license required.
• Experience delivering advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Strong consultation and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead a clinical team.
• Proven track record of high patient satisfaction and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic services within licensed scope.
• Mentor Advanced Aestheticians and guide consultations and treatment planning.
• Lead provider onboarding, training, and competency validation.
• Ensure adherence to milk + honey protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct observations and audits to improve quality and coaching.
• Collaborate with MedSpa Operations and Education on resources and launches.
• Participate in interviewing and selecting Advanced Aestheticians.
• Monitor utilization, revenue, patient satisfaction, and other metrics.
• Maintain HIPAA and safety standards.
