KAIROS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Advana Developer to design, implement, and optimize scalable data ingestion and integration pipelines across DoD-relevant sources.

The role collaborates with data stewards, system owners, architects, and governance teams to ensure data quality, governance, and secure data handling. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Advana, War Data Platform, or Jupiter environments, along with a strong track record in building reliable, scalable data products for

Qualifications

• Hands-on Advana/Jupiter data platform experience and data integration expertise.
• Proven ability to design scalable ingestion, transformation and validation pipelines.
• Knowledge of governance, metadata, and data quality requirements in technical solutions.
• Ability to work with stewards, owners, architects, and governance teams to onboard data.
• Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable to evolving technologies and contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable data ingestion and integration solutions across sources.
• Collaborate with data stewards and owners to define requirements and access constraints.
• Assess new data sources, perform profiling and mapping, ensure data quality.
• Support governance artifacts, metadata, lineage, and security controls.
• Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and implement reusable automation.
