Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess complex cases involving vulnerable adults 18+ who are abused, neglected, or exploited.
• Travel as required to conduct investigations within required time frames.
• Maintain accurate case files and write progress notes, risk assessments, and closure summaries.
• Collaborate with clients, providers, and community resources to deliver services.
