The Advertising team builds products that help sellers grow their businesses while creating more relevant, useful experiences for buyers. Our work sits at the intersection of commerce, data, and performance marketing - turning high-intent marketplace moments into advertising opportunities that perform for advertisers and feel native to the eBay experience.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager in Ads, you will lead complex, high-impact programs end to end across this space. You'll work across both advertiser and buyer experiences, and full-stack systems - front end, services, data, and platform capabilities and have a significant impact on driving Ads revenue and business outcomes. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure advertiser needs are reflected in both the experience and the systems behind it. You'll bring structure, visibility, and momentum to execution, and serve as a trusted point of coordination across teams.
This role requires strong program leadership, product intuition, and comfort working across full-stack engineering and data systems. You don't need to write code, but you should be fluent in the technical landscape and able to connect advertiser needs, user experience, delivery plans, and Ads business metrics into cohesive programs.
