Job summary

Faire is seeking a product analytical engineer to own the ads data foundation and models, partnering with cross-functional teams to support launches and roadmaps. You will drive AI-powered data pipeline development, streamline data consumption, and automate analytical tasks to directly impact growth and user satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, ML Applied Sciences, and Strategy & Analytics to deliver scalable, high-performance data systems and insights, while mentoring

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics & data engineering roles focused on data modeling, large-scale processing, or analytics tooling.
• Proven ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Production-level Python development experience.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETLs, big data tech, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end, scalable data pipelines and models.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, S&A, and ML scientists to translate requirements into production data systems.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure for quality, consistency, and accessibility of analytics workflows.
• Embed AI into daily workflows to boost productivity in data operations.
• Mentor teammates on scalable data engineering and quantitative problem-solving.
• Uphold data quality standards for reliable insights.
• Adopt emerging technologies to advance data capabilities.
