Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Business Experience Architect to lead end-to-end Adobe-centric digital experiences for our US clients. You will partner with stakeholders, translate business goals into architecture, drive AI integration, and guide frontend delivery using React and Next.js.

This role offers opportunities to shape strategies and collaborate across marketing, data, and engineering teams, with impact on customer journeys and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital experience modernization initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business goals into architecture.
• Knowledge of customer data platforms and real-time personalization.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define customer experience strategies and roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end experience architecture across marketing content data and journeys.
• Align Adobe solutions with KPIs, conversions, engagement and ROI.
• Lead architecture across AEP, AEM, Workfront, AJO, CJA.
• Guide frontend delivery with React, Next.js, and modern frameworks.
• Define data flows, schemas, identity resolution, and governance.
• Establish AI-enabled workflows and governance for transparency.
• Mentor teams and set architecture standards.
