Xlysi LLC, Expert Portal Solutions in Buffalo Grove, IL, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) initiatives, working on-site in Minneapolis, MN.

You will partner with Marketing, Digital, Analytics, and Technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps, define use-case priorities, and drive adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management, Martech, Digital Experience, CRM, or Customer Engagement Platforms.

Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Product, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders.
Lead discovery workshops to identify customer experience and personalization opportunities.
Build and maintain the AEP/AJO roadmap aligned to business objectives and customer outcomes.
Define use case priorities, success metrics, and value realization plans.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Govern backlog, sprint priorities, UAT, releases, and adoption plans.
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; drive A/B testing and journey optimization.
Provide executive-level reporting on customer engagement and business impact.
