Job summary

Techgene Solutions LLC in Dallas seeks an experienced ADMS Program Test Lead to drive testing enablement for the ADMS program. You will lead end-to-end testing, promote enterprise testing standards and mentor testers across teams to improve reliability and performance.

The role emphasizes test automation, performance engineering, and collaboration with developers, product managers and vendors. Hybrid onsite 3–4 days per week; initial 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• This role requires 15+ years in QA leadership with strong testing program discipline.
• Experience leading testing for complex systems (ADMS/OMS/DMS/SCADA) a must.
• Proficiency in test automation, performance testing, and modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for the ADMS implementation.
• Promote enterprise testing standards, tools and methodologies.
• Mentor testers and coordinate with vendor teams and product managers.
• Develop and own the Testing Strategy, Test Plan, and Environment Strategy.
• Identify opportunities for automation and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and Release Management on defects and metrics.
• Ensure readiness of test environments and virtualization for cycles.
