Job summary

AspenTech is seeking a seasoned ADMS Network Model Engineering Team Manager to lead a group of model engineers focused on DMS, OMS, DERMS and related ETL activities. You will translate customer data into formats used by Emerson software and guide planning for upcoming engagements.

As part of a global modeling organization you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, develop standard processes, and mentor engineers to raise performance while delivering high‑quality data models for energy

Qualifications

• Deep proficiency in OSI technology, capable of coaching engineers.
• Strong leadership across multiple teams and projects.
• Ability to define repeatable data model delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a group of model engineers and drive performance.
• Plan upcoming engagements and resource needs for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve model delivery processes.
• Develop standard documents, templates, and checklists for global use.
