Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active LPN/LVN license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff in accordance with current rules and regulations.
• Maintain and update the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance.
• Participate in quality assurance and facility surveys.
• Meet with nursing staff and support personnel to plan shifts, services, and programs.
• Provide leadership and conduct daily rounds to ensure standards are met.
• Review and supervise documentation, medication administration, and charting to ensure accuracy.
