Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Admissions Relationship Manager to own one campus’s enrollment journey from inquiry through onboarding, engaging 20+ active families at once and guiding them with polished, in-person interactions.

You will conduct tours, info sessions, and shadow days while maintaining CRM/SIS data and advising families with a high-touch approach. This is a full-time on-site role across one campus, with six-figure compensation and US-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing admissions, enrollment, or high-ticket consumer role where a family was the buyer at $25,000+ per client, or $2,000+ per month.
• Personally owned the client admissions journey from first inquiry through commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships at once in a CRM, database, or tracking system.
• Told a prospective client not to buy, enroll, or join when not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once and review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver the decision to families in person.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current after every interaction and report pipeline health weekly.
