Job summary

Grinnell College is seeking an Assistant/ Sr. Assistant Director of Admission & Coordinator for Campus Visits to lead and coordinate on-campus visit programs.

You will work with a team, supervise Senior Interviewers, and partner with admissions leadership to align visits with Grinnell's liberal arts mission. The role supports information sessions and interviews, reads first-year applications holistically, and serves on the admissions committee.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a visit program and supervise about a dozen Senior Interviewers.
• Consult with senior leadership to design campus visit programs for partners.
• Develop and implement a data-informed recruitment plan for a small territory.
• Review first-year applications through a holistic process and serve as a voting member of the admissions committee.
• Participate in on-campus and virtual visit programming, including information sessions and interviews.
