Job summary

Grinnell College is seeking an Assistant Director of Admission & Coordinator for Campus Visits to strategize, plan, and execute on-campus prospective student visits and events. You will lead the visit program, supervise a team, and collaborate with partners to craft an engaging Grinnell experience.

The role includes holistic reading of applications and serving on the admission selection committee. The position offers hybrid work with campus presence weekly, requiring flexibility for on-campus

Qualifications

• Three years or more of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

• Develop a data-informed recruitment plan for a small territory.
• Review first-year applications using a holistic approach.
• Participate in on-campus and virtual visit programming and interviews.
