This Senior Admissions Advisor will support the Central Admissions Team at the Nashville Campus.

This position is responsible for increasing enrollment by guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Building relationships with potential students to understand their educational goals, the Advisor aims to help them achieve these goals. The role requires focusing on individual and team objectives while adhering to industry and university standards.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of Admissions experience or related work, preferably in higher education, customer service, or sales.

Pay

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat about Herzing University’s courses and programs.
• Interview prospective students to assess motivation, career goals, and potential obstacles.
• Assist students in identifying suitable educational programs and communicate the benefits of Herzing University.
• Focus on recruitment and enrollment, especially into designated programs.
• Guide students through the admissions process, addressing questions and ensuring completion of requirements.
• Generate inquiries through outreach and community events.
• Occasional travel (about 20%) may be required.
