This position is responsible for driving enrollment by guiding prospective students through the admissions process. The Advisor will build relationships to understand students' educational goals and help them achieve these goals. The role focuses on individual and team goals while complying with industry and University standards.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• At least two years of admissions or related experience, preferably in higher education, customer service, or sales

Compensation and Benefits

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, with occasional evenings and Saturdays. Responsibilities include:

• Responding to inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
• Interviewing prospective students to understand their motivations and goals
• Helping students identify suitable educational programs
• Guiding students through the admissions process and connecting them to resources
• Generating inquiries through outreach and community events
