Qualifications

• Specialized experience in NWCF budgeting and cost monitoring.
• Experience developing and applying budget policies in revolving funds.
• Managing division administrative programs and performance actions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve sensitive, high-impact organizational issues in complex programs.
• Plan and execute project tasks; adapt methods to solve unique operational problems.
• Interpret guidelines and develop innovative solutions for complex scenarios.
• Build partnerships across teams and external organizations to coordinate initiatives.
• Partner with customers to assess program needs and design tailored strategies.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and advisory support to staff.
• Design and implement streamlined processes to reduce costs and save time.
• Promote high-quality, customer-focused support across programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, equal opportunity regulations, and policies.
• May supervise lower-level staff and manage daily work assignments.
