Job summary

Core One is seeking an experienced administrator with TS/SCI to support daily operations, protocol, and travel for national-security programs. You will manage tasking, calendars, and interagency coordination from a Tampa-based office.

The role emphasizes executive liaison, on-site administrative duties, and deploying support across DOD and partner organizations, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years military experience in HR/administration or knowledge management.
• 5 years as administrative or staff officer at HQ USSOCOM, a Service HQ, or combatant command HQ.
• 5 years’ experience communicating at all levels, with senior leaders.
• 5 years’ experience with USSOCOM and DOD knowledge; understanding of service missions.
• 5 years’ experience using DTS and 3 years as ODTA or DTS Reviewer.
• 3 years’ experience as a Government Travel Card Agency Coordinator.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily operational functions and task management (TMT, EWMS).
• Serve as on-site executive assistant interfacing with military and government bodies.
• Maintain long-range calendar, coordinate conferences and briefings.
• Liaise on deployments (TDYs) CONUS and overseas.
• Administer the Defense Travel System (DTS) and travel regulations.
• Review travel authorizations, vouchers, and fund citations.
• Coordinate with foreign partners and inter-agency offices as needed.
