Job summary

Broward College is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst in the Public Safety Support Services department. The role supports administrative operations, vendor communications, budgeting, and policy coordination across the unit.

Applicants should have an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least five years of related experience. This is a full-time on-site position based at the Cypress Creek Administrative Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Qualifications

• Five years of administrative, office, or related experience required.
• An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and/or performs a range of administrative activities for the department or unit.
• Edits and composes technical or administrative correspondence and documentation.
• Schedules complex appointments and travel arrangements; coordinates multiple calendars.
