Qualifications

  • High school diploma with 5+ years experience in administrative/clerical roles; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and video conferencing (Zoom/Teams) required.
  • Experience using Workday, SmartSimple, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Forms, Airtable preferred.
  • Strong analytical and editing skills; ability to prepare professional correspondence.
  • Interest in Administrative Professional career path is highly preferred.
  • Experience with invoicing, payments, and reimbursements is preferred.
  • Basic event planning and IT support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for Forest Leadership Team and Forest Team, arranging meetings, events, and travel logistics.
  • Process payments and invoices, code costs in financial systems, manage vendor/consultant relations.
  • Oversee Forest Team intranet and sites, maintain directory, archive documents, coordinate content with teams.
  • Coordinate travel for senior leaders, review flight options, produce itineraries and travel docs.
  • Perform general admin duties: office supplies, mailings, visitor greetings, basic IT support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
