Job summary

World Wildlife Fund is seeking a Senior Assistant, Forests (SA) to support the Forest Team with calendar management, financial processing, and project coordination. The SA will maintain intranet sites, oversee documentation, and coordinate travel for senior leaders.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office apps and collaboration tools.
  • Strong analytical and writing abilities for document proofreading and correspondence.
  • Experience with Workday, SmartSimple, SharePoint, and Power Platform is preferred.
  • Experience in administrative support, calendar management, travel/event coordination, and financial processing.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for Forest Leadership Team and Forest Team.
  • Process payments, invoices, and reimbursements; assist with vendor/consultant agreements.
  • Manage Forest Team intranet/SharePoint sites and content accuracy.
  • Coordinate travel for senior leaders, including itineraries and visas when needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties and respond to internal/external requests.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.
