The Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee seeks an experienced administrative professional to perform routine and advanced administrative duties under general direction. You will manage confidential correspondence, coordinate projects, and prepare reports to support campus operations.
You will use a range of office software to create templates, proofread documents, schedule meetings, travel, and process payments.
Under general direction, perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.
