Williams is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to deliver high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Permitting, Land & Real Estate within the Power Innovation group. You will manage confidential tasks, coordinate with internal and external partners, and assist in budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
The role requires a high degree of professionalism, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with familiarity in Oracle and SharePoint being preferred.

The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support of a sophisticated nature to a dedicated group and/or one or more leaders. This position provides administrative and operational support to the Director of Permitting, Land & Real Estate within Williams' Power Innovation organization and performs a variety of moderately difficult assignments requiring experience, analysis, innovation, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism.
