Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Marlboro, MA is seeking an experienced executive assistant to partner with senior leaders. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate leadership meetings, plan events, and oversee travel logistics with discretion and accuracy.

The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with collaboration tools. Expect a dynamic environment supporting growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to the role or 4 additional years of relevant experience.
  • 6 - 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting C‑suite or senior executive leaders in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to manage events/meetings for varied audiences.
  • Experience managing complex travel and logistics domestically.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and high‑pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and priorities by coordinating complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars.
  • Support the operating rhythm and leadership cadence by coordinating key meetings, planning cycles, and recurring forums for executives.
  • Plan and execute leadership meetings and events including offsites, all‑hands, and forums, managing logistics and materials.
  • Coordinate complex travel and logistics by managing domestic travel arrangements and expense processes that are in line with corporate travel & expense policies.
  • Prepare and manage executive communications and materials for a variety of audiences with a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Oversee expense management and financial compliance by preparing, submitting, and tracking expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to enable execution by coordinating with leaders, teams, and external stakeholders while partnering closely with the administrative team.
  • Maintain and improve administrative processes by applying standard tools, templates, and procedures that increase efficiency.
  • Manage workspace and resource logistics to support team needs during growth, moves, or organizational changes.
  • Exercise judgment and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Target Compensation

$83,000 - $99,500 annually

Monday - Friday 8a - 5p
