Job Description

Become an integral part of the Credit Review Audit team, where you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced organization. This role offers a platform for professional growth and skill enhancement. Join a results-oriented team that values attention to detail and quality.

As a Senior Administrative Assistant in Credit Review Audit, you will need to work well in a team environment, professionally represent the manager/group, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine includes interacting with various executive-level internal clients across different lines of business. You will adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to align with departmental activities and goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars
  • Screen incoming calls, prioritize, and handle information discreetly
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Organize internal and external events, including catering and transportation
  • Process invoices and T&E expense claims following policies and guidelines
  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and system access
  • Draft professional emails and messages for all organizational levels
  • Maintain department documents, such as organizational charts and executive bios
  • Proactively handle routine activities and communicate issues or delays in advance
  • Assist with editing spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Minimum five years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Discretion and good judgment in handling confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities, including calendar management
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience supporting at the Managing Director level or above
  • College degree is a plus

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Monday to Friday) and does not support hybrid arrangements.
