• Serve as primary point of contact with admin faculty, hiring managers, budget officers, and coordinators on questions or recommendations regarding contracts.
• Monitor adjunct faculty hiring lifecycle and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Input and update adjunct faculty position data, addresses, and biographical information in Banner; maintain knowledge of Banner functionality.
• Create and maintain a spreadsheet for voided contracts and streamline communication processes.
