Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance.
• AA/AS in Engineering Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs regularly (80 lbs occasionally).
• Must attain and maintain respirator approval.
• Able to communicate effectively with diverse teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate L-PBF, SLS, FDM, and SLA systems.
• Handle powder, machine setup, post-processing, and safety responsibilities.
• Use MES for data entry, part tracking and time logging.
• Manage classified documents, parts, and systems; maintain shop cleanliness.
• Perform daily machine checks and assist in maintenance and upgrades.
• Update management on workflow, progress and equipment issues.
