Precise Systems is seeking a Senior Additive Manufacturing Engineer in Washington, DC to support the Virginia Class Submarine Program and Navy Submarine Team. You will provide AM engineering and programmatic support, lead analyses, optimize print parameters, and work with Materials Engineers on alloy data and heat treatments.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, 10+ years in propulsion or metallic additive tech, and the ability to travel up to 10%; U.S.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in propulsion component design or metallic additive tech.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work in person.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and develop Acquisition Management solutions for mid-level initiatives.
• Provide AM engineering consulting and perform analyses of systems and sub-systems.
• Review production design data, test AM changes, and evaluate production processes.
• Advise on risk mitigation and migration strategies with the technical directorate.
• Lead teams and collaborate with engineers on design refinement and print parameter development.
