The Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock, Texas is seeking a Counselor IV to deliver treatment and support for clients recovering from addictions and behavioral problems. This role involves conducting group and family sessions, preparing individual treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention as needed. Competenze

• 6+ years experience in counseling field with Bachelor's degree.
• OR 8+ years experience with Bachelor's in another field.
• 4+ years of experience with Master's degree in the counseling field.
• Licensure or certification for counseling may be required.

Mansioni

• Prepares individual treatment plans for clients.
