Job summary

Ford is seeking engineers to join the Safety Electronics team to develop and validate ADAS software and hardware solutions. You will contribute to test planning, automation, and execution across test modalities, ensuring high quality and robust feature delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, tool integration, and collaboration with feature owners and development teams within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience (including coursework, internship, co-op experience).
• Experience with automated testing and verification of ADAS features is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct the verification and validation of ADAS related software.
• Develop test procedures, plans, automated scripts, and cases.
• Define the test setup required to support validation and verification activities; identify equipment, tools, licenses, hardware, test systems.
• Identify test dependencies such as specifications, interfaces, hardware, software components.
• Determine opportunities and provide support for automation and tooling.
• Perform automated and manual test execution, results analysis, root cause analysis, and verifications.
• Collaborate across teams in agile scrum development sprints.
