Job summary

General Motors is seeking an ADAS Sensor Execution Lead to drive end-to-end planning and delivery across sensor engineering, program management, product management, and vehicle programs. This role acts as the operational bridge to move from reactive execution to proactive delivery.

You will own integrated plans, manage milestones, and coordinate cross-functional alignment with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering/technical experience including ADAS sensor development (3+ years) with cross-team coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain integrated end-to-end program plans across Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, and Vehicle Program teams.
• Define milestones, acceptance criteria, critical-path dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Lead planning rhythms and reviews, including kickoffs, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional alignment.
• Track health, risks, blockers, and delivery commitments across current production products.
• Support hardware design changes, part number revisions, DV/PV test planning to keep programs on track.
