Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an accomplished engineering execution leader to drive end-to-end NDAS programs for major automotive OEMs from definition to production deployment. You will coordinate with product and engineering teams, OEM partners, and validation groups across vehicle lines.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS, CE, EE, Robotics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of automotive software, autonomous driving, embedded systems, or similar safety-critical domain.
• Demonstrated success taking complex automotive software from requirements and architecture to integration, SOP, and production support with a major OEM.
• Strong technical understanding of system/software architecture, embedded compute, vehicle networks, sensors, and diagnostics.
• Proven ability to lead large multi-functional programs in a matrixed organization and resolve cross-boundary issues.
• Working knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, SOTIF, cybersecurity, change control, and production-quality processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing leadership.
• Willingness to travel to OEM and engineering sites as program needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead NDAS execution with major OEMs across the full program lifecycle—from definition to vehicle integration, validation, launch, and production ramp.
• Translate OEM requirements into commitments for NVIDIA teams, ensuring understanding of capabilities and required work on their side.
• Drive multi-functional implementation across autonomous-driving features, systems, platform software, validation, and field engineering.
• Establish an operating cadence with actionable achievements, readiness metrics, risk management, and clear decision logs.
• Direct technical issue resolution across systems, safety, security, and development groups to ensure timely closure.
• Represent program health and readiness in reviews with OEM leaders and NVIDIA executives.
