Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of Camera design, construction, operation and optics.
• 3+ years of experience in a related engineering role.
• Understanding of hardware/software interfaces and data analysis.
• Experience with design release, manufacturing support and FMEA involvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• DRE for ADAS Cameras covering hardware and calibrations.
• System-level understanding of functionality with root-cause capability.
• Lead design for manufacturing initiatives and reviews.
• Develop component specifications and subsystem requirements.
• Lead product development team meetings and supplier-resident engineers.
• Collaborate with Purchasing for sourcing and cost reduction efforts.
• Support vehicle FMEA activities and validation programs.
• Release parts and subsystems for production.
