Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical/ADAS calibration experience.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Referenceable track record in technical challenges.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team's daily work quality and output.
• Ensure OEM-specified service procedures are followed.
• Work with team and clients to understand requirements.
• Efficient utilization of staff and tools.
• Inspire and coach a team of technicians.
• Serve as a specialist in ADAS calibration.
• Organize vehicle and job documentation.
• Ensure personnel safety and OSHA compliance.
