Lucid Motors seeks a Senior Feature Owner to lead the development and delivery of next‑generation L2++, L3, and L4 ADAS/AD features within the ADAS/AD team. You’ll own end‑to‑end feature lifecycles from concept through production, collaborating with perception, planning, controls, mapping, and UX/UI teams to deliver high‑quality, validated capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical, automotive, mechanical, robotics, or related field.
• 3–5 years hands‑on ADAS/AD feature development in L2+ and higher automation.
• Proven track record of bringing ADAS/AD features into production.
• Strong use case development, ODD definition, and requirements engineering.
• Understanding of SAE J3016 levels and related regulations.
• Experience with supplier interaction, spec development, and project management.
• Familiarity with JAMA/DOORS and agile tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, prototype, and launch cutting‑edge L2++/L3/L4 driving features.
• Hands‑off highway driving with driver monitoring supervision.
• Automated lane changes and highway merge/exit maneuvers.
• Urban automated driving at intersections, signals, and roundabouts.
• Conditional automation with fallback‑ready ToC strategies.
• Geo‑fenced L4 highway pilot with minimal driver intervention.
• Own end‑to‑end feature lifecycle from concept through production launch.
• Create and manage feature roadmaps, securing buy‑in from stakeholders.
• Represent the customer voice in internal and external communications.
