Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in nursing; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in state of employment required.
• Compact license preferred where available.
• Minimum two years’ clinical work experience required.
• Utilization review/case management experience desired.
• BLS certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a balanced caseload with hospital team presence during core hours.
• Identify opportunities for optimal resource allocation in acute and post-acute settings.
• Determine inpatient vs. observation status appropriately.
• Report patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with Complex Care and Clinical Strategy Teams on SOPs.
