Job summary

HCP Talent seeks an Acute Care & Emergency Department Clinical Supervisor for a Montana healthcare system in Great Falls. You will partner with the Department Director to guide nursing staff through education, competencies, performance evaluations, and quality initiatives while overseeing operations.

This on-site leadership role blends administrative duties with hands-on bedside support across Med/Surg, Pediatric, Geriatric, and ED, driving staffing, huddles, and compliance while mentoring

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Montana RN license (or eligible).
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC certifications (required or within 6 months).
• Minimum 7 years RN experience in Med/Surg/Acute/Emergency settings.
• Strong leadership with emergency/acute care skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Acute Care and ED with Department Director.
• Drive staff development, onboarding, competencies, and annual evaluations.
• Manage scheduling, timecards, interviewing, quality data, incident reports and daily huddles.
• Provide hands-on bedside support during high census/acuity across units.
• Direct Charge Nurses, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Ward Clerks, and collaborate with leadership.
