Frey Consulting Group is recruiting an Acute Care & Emergency Department Clinical Supervisor for a Montana hospital in Great Falls. This leadership role guides nursing staff, oversees education, evaluations, and quality initiatives while maintaining hands-on bedside support during peak census across Med/Surg and ED.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, Montana RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS/TNCC/ENPC, and at least 7 years of RN experience in acute care settings, with strong communication and team

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 7 years RN clinical experience in Med/Surg/Acute or ED.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Acute Care and Emergency Departments.
• Drive staff development, onboarding, and annual evaluations.
• Manage scheduling, timecard edits, interviews, and huddle processes.
• Provide bedside support during peak census or acuity surges.
• Interact with House Supervisors, Physicians, and senior leadership.
