Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group is seeking an experienced senior professional to lead strategic pricing and risk-analysis initiatives in a hybrid role based in Radnor, PA. You will drive cross-functional workstreams, present findings to executives, and deliver monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in pricing, product, reporting, or risk management within financial services
• Ability to lead projects from scoping to implementation across stakeholders
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
• Strong technical understanding of actuarial, mathematical, and financial concepts
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and at least one analytics tool (e.g., VBA, Python, SQL, Dataiku, Power BI)
• 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, data science, computer science, or engineering)
• Professional designation or progress toward one (e.g., FSA / ASA / CFA)
• Nice-to-haves: Retirement industry or actuarial modeling experience

Responsibilities

• Leading assigned workstreams on strategic initiatives from direction through implementation
• Presenting findings and recommendations to leaders across Finance, Product, Investments, and Risk
• Evaluating market dynamics, profitability, and risk exposures to deliver actionable insights
• Delivering monthly and quarterly reporting on product performance, pricing, and risk governance
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation
