Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group is hiring a Senior Actuarial Analyst for Life Experience Management in a hybrid role. You will support data needs across multiple teams, help develop experience assumptions, and improve data controls.

Requires an actuarial concentration and at least 3 years of actuarial or data analytics experience, with hands-on SQL/Python and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI).

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a concentration related to Actuarial Science.
• ASA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of actuarial or data analytics experience.
• Hands-on SQL and Python, with data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support Life Experience Studies data needs in collaboration with IT, Valuation, and other teams.
• Assist development of Policyholder Behavior and Morbidity experience assumptions as needed.
• Help enhance controls for data flows and ensure data integrity.
• Document methodologies and automate recurring processes to improve workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with business partners to produce insights from data.
