Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking a seasoned actuary to provide pricing support for Executive Benefits products, including COLI/BOLI and PPLI. The role involves designing, modeling, and setting assumptions for new and in-force products, with regular profitability analysis and regulatory considerations.

You will collaborate with product management, pricing review, risk management, and leadership while using MG-ALFA and Andesa tools to build and explain pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Actuarial positions.
• FSA credential preferred.
• MG-ALFA modeling experience preferred; Andesa knowledge is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform pricing analysis for EB contracts and rider benefits (COLI/BOLI and PPLI).
• Determine assumptions and modeling for new product features.
• Develop pricing strategies and consult on actuarial models and risk issues.
• Collaborate with product development and distribution for profitability and sales goals.
• Run complex pricing models using MG-ALFA and Andesa; present results to stakeholders.
• Analyze risk management strategies and reserve/capital requirements.
• Maintain actuarial pricing models and support regulatory compliance for EB products.
• Prepare reports and presentations detailing pricing analyses and methodologies.
• Participate in ad hoc projects related to product development and risk management.
