Job summary

Florida Blue seeks an experienced actuary to lead Medicare pricing and risk revenue analytics. In this role you will guide pricing, trend analytics, and financial reporting across ACA, Medicare, Group, and reserves while supporting the Actuarial Rotation program that rotates team members every 3–4 years.

Open to remote or in-person candidates, you will mentor teammates, collaborate in cross-functional workgroups, and influence strategic decisions through accurate analysis and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related, progressive professional work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Math/Statistics or related field.
• Active ASA designation.
• Background in health insurance and pricing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medicare pricing and risk revenue analytics.
• Provide pricing support, trend analytics, and financial reporting.
• Participate in Actuarial Rotation program with multi-year rotations.
• Represent actuarial views in cross-functional workgroups.
