Job summary

MassMutual seeks an Actuary for Institutional Insurance Product & Pricing in Boston or Springfield. You will focus on pricing, product development, modeling, underwriting, and risk analysis for BOLI/COLI offerings, including private placement COLI quotes, collaborating with actuarial and business teams to drive profitable growth.

The role requires ASA or FSA, 5+ years in actuarial work, and strong Excel and Axis proficiency, with leadership in pricing reviews and governance across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
• ASA designation or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of actuarial experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead projects related to product changes and pricing.
• Build and maintain pricing and risk models.
• Price and review private placement COLI quotes.
• Lead pricing reviews with actuarial and risk stakeholders.
• Develop experience assumptions for BOLI/COLI products.
• Ensure compliance with actuarial standards and conduct.
