Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or closely related field
• Minimum 3 years actuarial experience
• 6 Exam Components required; 10+ preferred

Responsibilities

• Define & diagnose a problem and outline data requirements for a study or analysis
• Create studies, analyses, and presentation materials for decision makers
• Mentor less experienced staff and provide decision support to management across teams
• Proactively ensure internal and external consistency of all work and perform reasonability checks
• Guide and mentor staff, seek feedback to advance personal development and career goals
• Pursue process improvements and apply actuarial techniques across multiple functions
