• 3 years experience in an actuarial role
• 6 exam components completed; 10+ components preferred

• Define and diagnose problems and outline data requirements for a study or analysis
• Create studies, analyses, and presentation materials to inform decision makers
• Mentor less experienced staff and provide decision support to management
• Develop efficient processes and apply actuarial techniques across assignments
