Pacific Guardian Life invites an experienced actuary to join our corporate actuarial team. You will drive data quality, build reporting and support the Appointed Actuary with data systems while advancing our risk management framework.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• ASA or FSA preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Experience with AXIS AXIS output and actuarial data systems.
• 10 years of professional actuarial work in annuities or life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality data management and reporting.
• Work with departments to obtain and improve data systems.
• Support Appointed Actuary with data and systems.
• Provide interpretive advice to Chief Actuary.
• Maintain actuarial standards and risk management practices.
• Keep technical competence through literature and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
