Everest Global Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Actuarial Manager, Accident & Health Pricing, based in Warren, NJ with additional locations in New York, NY.

The role drives pricing strategy, portfolio performance, and product development for A&H, partnering with Underwriting and cross-functional teams while mentoring two direct reports. The candidate will oversee pricing models, quarterly analyses, ELR assumptions, and ensure alignment with underwriting strategy across new and renewal business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of actuarial experience with pricing in Accident & Health
• ASA or FSA designation required
• Experience leading actuarial staff and pricing initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy for Accident & Health products and renewal opportunities
• Perform quarterly portfolio monitoring and experience analyses to assess profitability and risks
• Develop and maintain pricing models, tools, and methodologies
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Product Development, Sales, IT & Finance to support pricing capabilities
• Mentor and develop two direct reports and communicate results to leadership
