Job summary

The Jonus Group is placing a Senior Actuary for a leading specialty insurer in Chicagoland/ NYC with hybrid in-office work three days a week. The role focuses on Pro­fessional Lines pricing including D&O, E&O, and EPLI, reporting to senior leadership and partnering with underwriting and claims teams.

Ideal candidates hold ACAS with FCAS preferred, 7+ years in Commercial Lines pricing, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• ACAS is required; FCAS preferred.
• 7+ years actuarial experience with a focus on Commercial Lines pricing.
• Professional Lines experience is highly preferred.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Senior Actuary – Professional Lines Pricing

Chicagoland / NYC - Hybrid in office 3 days/week

A leading specialty insurer is seeking a Senior Actuary to play a key role in shaping pricing strategy and profitable growth across their Professional Lines portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACAS or FCAS with deep Commercial Lines pricing experience and expertise in Professional Lines products such as D&O, E&O, and EPLI.

Responsibilities

• Lead rate indications, pricing analyses, and portfolio management initiatives
• Develop pricing tools and frameworks to support profitable growth

Requirements/Preferred Background

Salary Range

$150-195k + strong bonus
