A premier insurance company in Chicago is seeking a Director, Actuarial Pricing to lead a team and shape pricing strategies across various personal lines. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in actuarial pricing, a strong preference for personal lines, and an FCAS designation or be in progress. This role will contribute significantly to ensuring competitive and compliant pricing while collaborating closely across departments. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation of $150,000 - $180,000 annually are offered.
Qualifications
5+ years of actuarial pricing experience within Property & Casualty insurance.
Strong preference for experience in personal lines, particularly Homeowners and/or Personal Auto.
Deep understanding of actuarial ratemaking methodologies and best practices.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of actuarial analysts producing pricing analyses across personal lines.
Develop, enhance, and maintain actuarial pricing methodologies and frameworks.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
