Job summary

Humana is seeking an Actuary, Pricing to develop and execute pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products. You will establish pricing assumptions, prepare bids, support regulatory filings, and help implement rates and benefits.

You will advise Product Development on cost impacts while creating tools for pricing standard and customized offerings. The role reports to the Director, Actuarial Pricing and involves cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FSA or ASA credentials, plus advanced degree/relevant experience.
• MAAA designation preferred; ability to articulate ideas effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish pricing assumptions for Medicare Advantage products.
• Prepare and submit bids; support regulatory rate filings and certifications.
• Advise on cost impact of new products and benefits; develop pricing tools.
