Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a Senior Actuarial Associate for its P&C practice. The role offers remote/hybrid work and exposure to reserving, pricing, ratemaking, modeling, audit support, and advisory projects across commercial, personal lines, and reinsurance.

You will work with clients and leadership to deliver insights, mentor analysts, and contribute to technical deliverables in a collaborative consulting environment with diverse insurance clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of P&C actuarial experience.
• Progress toward ACAS or FCAS preferred.
• Experience with reserving, pricing, ratemaking, or predictive analytics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, databases, and actuarial software tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform loss reserving, pricing, and actuarial modeling analyses.
• Support external audits and consulting engagements for insurance clients.
• Work directly with clients and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and manipulate actuarial datasets and experience studies.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to technical project execution.
• Participate in technical writing, reporting, and client presentations.
